For decades, tourists have enjoyed our private spring-fed lake, sandy beach, unparalleled weather and immaculately maintained facilities. Located in the South Okanagan, Gallagher Lake is classed as semi-arid and is part of the only recognized desert area in Canada. This ensures hot, dry and sunny summmers which create a vacationers paradise. This one of a kind climate provides travellers with views of flora and fauna unseen elsewhere in Canada. Many of our guests have been returning for 20 years or more, and then have retired here. Your hosts Jack and Gerri work steadily to improve the campground and all of the facilities to ensure that your experience at Gallagher Lake Campground Resort is memorable for all the right reasons. To this end, over the past 18 months they have added several new campsites, a tenting village, improved the wireless internet service and added several family oriented activities.
